Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN for a Manager, Business Development. The Manager will lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and implement growth opportunities for the organization. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, negotiating business deals, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, resolve challenges, and drive revenue growth.

- Skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proven ability in negotiation, sales, and partnership building
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
