This Job Is NOT for EveryoneBefore applying, please understand:
This is not a clock-in, clock-out position.

If that excites you, continue reading.
About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing commercial construction company built on professionalism, urgency, accountability, and high standards. We move quickly. We expect excellence. We are building more than projects — we are building leaders and a scalable organization.
As our company grows, we are looking for a Project Superintendent who wants to work with us over the next 5–10-year horizon and see position growth and/or responsibility growth over the next 24 months and beyond.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and accountable Construction Project Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects on site from start to finish.
You will be the field leader.
You will set the pace.
You will own the outcome.
If you thrive in high-responsibility environments and take pride in delivering projects the right way, this is for you.
If you prefer minimal oversight, limited responsibility, or rigid 40-hour weeks, this is not for you.

Work Ethic & Time CommitmentThis position will require 50–60 hours per week during active project phases.
Clients matter.
We are looking for someone who understands that construction leadership requires presence, urgency, and follow-through.
This is not a travel position, but you must be willing to travel as needed depending on project demands.

We are willing to invest in the right person. We cannot train work ethic. We cannot train ownership.
We can train systems and processes.
If you are looking for a static role with no increased expectations, this is not the right fit.
We are looking for someone who wants more responsibility over the next 24 months — not less.
As the company grows, leadership opportunities will expand. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into higher levels of project or operational leadership.
If you are looking for long-term growth and upward mobility, this can be a strong opportunity. If you are looking for a static role…
