Job Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects in Houston, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and expectations.
• Implement and maintain best practices for construction management processes.
