Serve seeks a Cost Estimator to support government clients (DOE, DoD, USACE) from our Knoxville, TN office. You will develop independent government cost estimates and review contractor estimates, applying D&D and environmental management knowledge to ensure cost reasonableness and lifecycle cost projections.
The role requires a 4-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field and 3–10 years in conceptual estimating for federal, military, or commercial projects;
