Project Coordinator

Summary: The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to organize jobs, order necessary equipment, and facilitate communication between manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and United Elevator Services. This role ensures project documentation, coordination, and communication are streamlined from project initiation to completion.

• Coordinate and oversee job processes across various project types, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Release jobs to production with the manufacturer upon approval, clearly and accurately communicating customer specifications and delivery expectations.
• Work directly with Sales, Superintendents, and Field Supervisors for project accuracy.
• Produce invoices and collect payment for jobs.
• Create, organize, and provide closeout documents.
• Order permits, issue change orders, and request submittals and revised prints.
• Issue purchase orders for new installations, RMA reports, and warranty parts.
• Facilitate effective communication between manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and internal departments.
• Provide clear and accurate project updates to all parties involved.
• Maintain detailed records of project specifications and job status.
• Ensure documentation related to job orders, change orders, and closeouts is accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
