Responsibilities
- Manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Communicate with customers throughout each project
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving
- Project management experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Customer-focused with excellent problem‑solving abilities
- $67,000-$80,000 salary (DOE)
- Employer-matched 401(k)
- 7 paid holidays
- 40 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
