Rackley Roofing Co Inc in Knoxville, TN seeks a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead multi-site commercial roofing projects from planning through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and adherence to budget. You will coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors and suppliers; manage schedules, budgets, and QA reviews; oversee OSHA compliance and customer communications.
Experience with TPO/EPDM systems and Procore is preferred; bachelor's degree or equivalent
