Construction Foreman (Assistant Project Manager)
We're looking for a motivated Construction Foreman (Assistant Project Manager) who's ready to take the next step in their construction career. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience and a desire to learn how to manage full-scale projects—from budgeting and scheduling to client communication and subcontractor coordination. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to grow into a Project Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in site visits, safety meetings, and quality control inspections.
- Help with documentation, reporting, and close-out processes.
- Learn and apply project management systems, processes, and leadership skills.
- Maintain job sites and material needed to complete jobs
