Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re Hiring:
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager We’re Not Just Building Projects. We’re Building a Company.

Eaton Construction is in the middle of a major growth phase.

We’re expanding our presence across the Southeast, growing our team, taking on larger and more complex work, and opening two additional offices in the region.

Our project portfolio is focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Specialized Retail & Office, and Industrial construction
, complemented by select public-sector projects.

We’re looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who wants to build with us.

We want someone with a strong commercial construction foundation who is hungry to grow, willing to take ownership, and excited about helping build something bigger than their individual projects.

You don’t need to walk in ready to lead a department - but you do need the knowledge, drive, and technical ability to jump in, run projects, solve problems, and grow into greater responsibility.

Who We’re Looking For

Your current title matters less to us than your capability, attitude, and trajectory
.

You may already be a Senior PM looking for a bigger opportunity. Or you may be a strong PM who’s ready to prove you can operate at the next level.

You should have a solid foundation in:

  • Commercial construction project management
  • Plans, specifications, project manuals, and contracts
  • CSI Master Format
, scopes of work, and trade coordination
  • Buyout, procurement, subcontracting, and change management
  • Project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Scheduling and subcontractor coordination
  • RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation
  • OAC meetings and owner/client communication
  • Construction technology such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar platforms
  • Excel-based bid tabulations, cost tracking, and structured workflows

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, solves problems, and wants to keep getting better.

What You’ll Own

Depending on your experience, you’ll take responsibility for:

  • Managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Driving schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and profitability
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, owners, design teams, and field personnel
  • Reviewing and administering contracts, specifications, and project requirements
  • Developing scopes and leading bid leveling, buyout, and subcontract execution
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and cost projections
  • Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client communication
  • Identifying risk early and solving problems before they become bigger problems
  • Working alongside Superintendents to keep the office and field aligned
  • Delivering projects safely, profitably, professionally, and on schedule

As your capabilities grow,
your responsibility will grow with them.

This Is a Growth Environment

We want to be transparent about what you’re stepping into.

We’re working 50-60 hour weeks.

Not because we’re interested in being busy for the sake of being busy.

Because we’re building a company - not just projects.

Right now, we’re opening new offices, entering new markets, building systems, developing people, implementing technology, pursuing larger opportunities, and raising the standard for how we operate.

Growth at this pace creates large but fulfilling work loads. It creates pressure. It creates change. There will be difficult projects and difficult weeks.

But it also creates something that’s hard to find inside an established organization:

Room to grow with the company you’re helping build.

If you’re looking for predictable days and a comfortable place to maintain the status quo, this probably isn’t the right environment.

If you’re looking for a place where you can learn faster, take on more, prove yourself, and accelerate your career
, this could be it.

Where This Can Go

We’re building the team today that will lead a much larger Eaton Construction tomorrow.

With two additional Southeast offices opening and our project portfolio expanding
, we’re creating opportunities that simply didn’t exist here a few years ago.

Advancement isn’t based on tenure.

Responsibility follows performance.
