- Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, monthly billing, and complete cost-at-completion analyses.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead trade buyout, negotiate terms, and draft clear subcontracts.
- Client & Owner Relations: Direct design changes, manage associated costs, and settle change requests collaboratively with owners.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with field pros, clients, and consultants to deliver top-tier projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience: 5+ years in construction management, successfully delivering 2–3 projects valued at $20M+.
- Skills: Strong expertise in buyout, contract negotiation, scheduling, owner change management, and project cost controls.
