JOB TITLE:
Assistant Customer Sales Manager
FLSA STATUS:
Hourly
Provides quality customer service to customers through the proper usage of all sales procedures. Answers telephone and set appointment times for customers, utilizing Telephone Procedures. Support Customer Service Manager as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Engages and consults incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales as directed by Customer Service Manager
- Support Customer Service Manager as directed
- Follows AAMCO sales procedures
- Order repair parts as necessary
- Enter vehicle data into AMS System
- Process Payment Information from Customer

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales/customer service experience.
- 5+ years of automotive experience.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
