One Knoxville SC is a USL League One professional soccer club dedicated to delivering an exciting and memorable matchday experience for our fans. For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are seeking a courteous and professional part‑time Box Office Associate.

As a Box Office Associate, you will be vital in providing exceptional customer service by assisting fans with ticket purchases, seating options, pricing information, and general inquiries.

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for fans, ensuring exceptional service from the first interaction.
• Assist customers with purchasing tickets in person.
• Provide accurate information on ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies.
• Handle ticket‑related issues, including reprints, exchanges, and account updates.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns professionally and escalates issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about upcoming One Knoxville SC games and events to assist fans effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of stadium policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of high school degree. Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrates outstanding work ethic and leadership skills, including excellent attendance, professional appearance, and behavior.
• Displays a positive and team‑oriented attitude.
• Required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
