Position: PERSONAL SHOPPER COORDINATOR
Food City -  -  - Responsibilities:
Acknowledge, greet, and engage customers with the goal of sharing Curbside Pickups value proposition;
Communicate effectively and professionally with Professional Shoppers about sales goals, customer requests/complaints, and opportunities to help grow the department;
Accurately and efficiently processing online orders, coordinating and prioritizing orders, shopping orders, packing orders, labeling orders, staging orders, and facilitating order pick-up;
Maintain accountability for reporting out-of-stock items and planogram corrections to corporate;
Be familiar with the Food City website to help answer customer inquiries
