We’re seeking an energetic self‑starter to join the Account Services team as a Project / Customer Service Manager. This role requires critical thinking, decisive action, and the ability to balance big‑picture strategy with close attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑confident and comfortable interacting with clients and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
