We're hiring seasonal Call Center Representatives to support a well-known retail brand during its busiest time of year. This isn't sales or collections — it's guest support. You'll be helping people with orders, questions, and concerns across phone, chat, email, and text, and helping turn a stressful moment into a good one.

* What you'll do:**

• Answer inbound guest calls, chats, emails, and texts — no outbound sales or cold calling
• Help guests with orders, shipping, returns, and billing questions
• Resolve concerns on the first contact whenever possible
• Navigate multiple systems while keeping the conversation personal

* Schedule:**

• Full-time, seasonal:
  October 2026 through early January 2027
• Schedule varies week to week based on guest volume; evenings and weekends required
• Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off
• On-site in Knoxville, TN — not a remote position

* Pay:** $20.00/hour to start
