Position: Full Time Three Year Old Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the developmental needs of children across various age groups. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development, classroom management, and specialized educational techniques to ensure each student’s academic and social growth.

Experience with curriculum development, early intervention, and literacy education is highly valued. The Teacher will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and promoting a love for learning within a supportive setting.

Duties
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans
  • Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters curiosity among students.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using proven behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful learning space.
  • Incorporate diverse teaching methods including tutoring, physical education, literacy activities, and math instruction to meet varied learning styles.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in compliance with school policies.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices across preschool to elementary levels.
  • Experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and effective learning environments.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to different age groups, including toddler care, preschool experience, and private school settings.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators effectively.
  • Experience working with children in various environments including daycare centers or private schools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of child welfare principles ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during instructional activities.
