SHADES of Development is a non-profit after school program operating in 14 Knox County schools. We seek a Site Director for Mill Creek Elementary and Fort Sanders PreK to lead the program, manage staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate experience for students.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a child/education field, leadership to coach staff, and oversight of billing and communication with parents and school personnel.
