Conditions of Employment:
- At least a bachelor’s degree (required in most cases, exceptions made).
- Teaching experience preferred but not required.
- Exemplify and articulate a saving and growing relationship with Christ.
- Demonstrate progression in sanctification as a Christian by display of love, faith, truthfulness, and virtue.
- Demonstrate with evidence of a substantial record of service at a local church.
- Demonstrate complete agreement with the Paideia Academy Vision, Philosophy, and Foundational Beliefs.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be trained in classical Christian educational methods.
- Display both knowledge and passion about educating children through classical Christian pedagogy.
