Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Education – Graduate Education (Instructional Practice) to join our growing Graduate Education (Ed.D.) program at our Cedar Bluff location.

This faculty position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by teaching graduate students, chairing dissertations, engaging in scholarly research and creative achievement, and contributing through university and professional service. We are seeking an educator who is passionate about preparing future leaders in education while advancing excellence in teaching, research, and student success.

• Doctoral degree in Adult Learning, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field where a dissertation served as the culminating scholarly product.
• Evidence of potential for effective teaching and scholarly activity.

• Previous teaching experience.
• Experience serving on dissertation committees or chairing dissertations.
• Knowledge of quantitative research methodology.
