Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 (Mid-Year Review Potential)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PCS 7 Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role is ideal for a process automation professional well-versed in Siemens PCS 7 who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain control systems using Siemens PCS 7 for industrial and manufacturing processes.
• Lead or support the full lifecycle of PCS 7 projects, from conceptual design through commissioning and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and field technicians, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and modify PCS 7 software configurations and HMI graphics based on process requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and control-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Siemens PCS 7 in industrial automation environments.
• Strong understanding of process control, instrumentation, and SCADA/HMI systems.
• Experience with process industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, or food & beverage is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites if needed.
