We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive process optimization and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence through data analytics, statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for:

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
• Implement best practices for quality control and process standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to execute improvement strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop solutions to enhance production reliability.
• Support capital projects related to process upgrades and automation.
• Mentor and develop engineers in process optimization techniques.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Process Engineer will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong expertise in data analytics and statistical analysis for process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
