** How You'll Make an Impact
*** Design and refine inspection processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
* Develop gauges and fixtures to prevent quality failures and support precision manufacturing.
* Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
* Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
* Conduct internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives.
* Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements.
* Provide technical advice on specialized QA technologies.
* Maintain documentation and reports related to quality control.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
* Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Problem-Solving methodology.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
* Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.
