Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineer, Systems Engineer, Hardware Engineer
We’re looking for a hands‑on, self‑directed Electrical Engineer who wants real ownership—someone who enjoys taking designs from concept through production and seeing their work ship into the world.
This role sits at the heart of complex, mixed‑signal systems and blends deep technical design with hands‑on lab work. You’ll support both new product development and existing platforms, collaborating closely with mechanical and software engineers in an environment where engineering quality genuinely matters.
This is not a paper‑only role. You’ll design it, build it, test it, debug it—and make it better.
What You’ll Do- Design, simulate, and test analog and digital circuits, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, DSPs, op‑amps, A/D converters, filters, and both linear and DC/DC switching power supplies
- Develop interface electronics for motion control systems, sensors, optical platforms, and communications
- Capture schematics and drive multilayer PCB design using Altium Designer (or similar tools)
- Lead board bring‑up, debugging, prototyping, verification testing, and performance characterization in the lab
- Support and improve existing products and legacy PCBs, balancing reliability with thoughtful innovation
- Communicate hardware changes clearly with manufacturing and service teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to future product direction
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineers on tightly integrated electro‑mechanical and electro‑optical systems
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or higher) with 5+ years of hands‑on analog and digital circuit design experience
- Strong lab skills, including debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related instrumentation
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and SPICE‑based simulation tools
- Experience with common digital interfaces such as I²C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and document designs while contributing within a collaborative team environment
- Experience working directly with service technicians or customers to resolve hardware issues
- Bonus structure included
- Competitive benefits package
