Sr. Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced digital, analog, and mixed‑signal electronic systems. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands‑on engineering experience across full product life cycles — from concept through production release — and who thrives on solving complex technical challenges.

• Extensive hands‑on experience with microcontroller‑based embedded systems, DSP/FPGA-based designs, and mixed‑signal architecture
• Demonstrated ability to design and release original digital and analog circuits into production (multiple completed design cycles)
• Strong background in power supply design (linear & DC‑DC), motion control interfaces, and sensor integration
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout oversight using tools such as Altium or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience in board validation, debugging, test development
  , and verification methodologies
• Ability to define, validate, and document design requirements through full development cycles (Concept → Prototype → Production)

• Experience supporting or modifying legacy PCB designs
  , including obsolescence management, redesign for manufacture, and troubleshooting existing circuitry
• Background leading multi-disciplinary design efforts and serving as the primary/lead electrical engineer on complex programs
• Strong familiarity with board firmware development or cross‑functional firmware collaboration (as indicated in questionnaire workload distribution)
• Experience balancing circuit design, schematic capture, board build, validation, and troubleshooting workflows over multiple projects
• Comfort managing technical tradeoffs, performing structured problem‑solving, and resolving unexpected project issues based on prior real‑world scenarios
