- Review specifications to Standard offerings.
- Develop Technical Clarifications/Exceptions to Specifications.
- Support Sales Team during Proposal stage (technical support, client-facing support).
- Size equipment as needed.
- Prepare Proposal Drawings (e.g. P&, General Arrangement drawing, Component Lists).
- Obtain technical quotes for non-standard equipment/components.
- Develop (redline) Project P&.
- Specify Non-Standard Valves and Instruments.
- Work directly with Project Engineers during technical execution of project.
- Develop a Process Functional Description for Non-Standard products.
- Develop test procedures from specifications and standard test procedures.
- Approve drawings/BOMs per established procedures with input from sketches, calculations, specifications, etc.
- Prepare test reports as necessary for customer review and approval.
- Review technical manuals for drawings and component literature.
- BSME or BSChe.
- 5+ years of Application Engineering experience within manufacturing.
