Senior Roadway Engineer: Lead -Impact Transport Design

Lead high-impact roadway projects as a Roadway Engineer, while guiding teams through design and client coordination. This role offers technical ownership, meaningful team leadership, and strong visibility across major transportation projects shaping communities.

• Help lead transportation engineering design projects, including roadway geometry, interchanges, arterials, and complete streets
• Quality Assurance of plan production to ensure corporate standards are met
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strong responses to RFPs
• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, local governments and DOT
• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with state and federal design standards
• Perform engineering studies, design calculations, and quality control reviews of models, drawings, and reports
• Use tools such as Micro Station and Open Roads Designer, enhancing technical capabilities
• Approximate salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Licensed PE
• 7+ years of experience
