• Hold responsibility for profitable project management.
• Own project scope, cost, schedule, timeline, delivery, and installation execution.
• Lead cross-departmental and customer collaboration.
• Manage all project management activities.
• Demonstrate leadership agility for positive client outcomes.
• Drive standardized deployment of work instructions, procedures, and guidance.
• Establish reporting measures on cost, profit, and completion.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Travel up to 30 % and some international travel.
• Field installation and commissioning at customer sites in a variety of environments.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Four-year college or university degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10 years of professional experience in a technical role and 5 years in a formal Project Management capacity.
• Managed instrumentation projects for large industrials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills; ability to establish trust, credibility, and influence.
• Strong analytical skills; demonstrate creative troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.

• Familiar with international hazardous area standards (e.g., CSA C1 D2 / ATEX / IECex).
• Familiar with global markets (e.g., Latin America, Middle East, Asia Pacific).
• Familiar with reciprocating machinery and machinery condition monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of industrial wireless applications and protocols.
• Multiple language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic).
• PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent.

Role is subject to safety testing and may require employer or customer drug testing.

Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Employee frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Employee required to walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and various weather conditions.

Employee required to use tools to install indicators on machinery along with simple field wiring.

Employee required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
