Job Overview
Mesa Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an engineering intern to assist with Substation Engineering & Design projects for its Knoxville, TN office. The ideal candidate will be a Junior or Senior Level Student at an Accredited University and working towards a BS in Engineering. The individual will work with other experienced engineers and/or designers in creating electrical drawing deliverables for substation construction projects.
Responsibilities- Works under the direction of project managers/senior engineers.
- Assist in the preparation of detail drawings of substation wiring, electrical components, and assemblies using manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment.
- Operates peripheral equipment such as printers, plotters, etc.
