Job Description

Summary
We are enthusiastically searching for all levels of Wet Utilities Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern U.S. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega‑projects.
- Junior level Wet Utilities Engineers
- Mid‑level Wet Utilities Engineers
- Senior level Wet Utilities Engineers / Task Leads
- Wet Utilities CAD Designers
Desired skillsets
- Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
- Experience with Bentley Micro Station
- Experience in conveyance systems design for highways
- Experience designing all components of a highway water and sewer utility system in coordination with environmental, roadway, structures, signing, MOT, and temporary drainage
- Experience on a highway design for conveyance (manholes, pipes, distribution lines)
- BS Degree or equivalent education for CAD Designers
- BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience for Junior Level Engineers
- BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience for Mid‑Level Engineers
- BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience for Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT Certification or PE License
- State DOT experience
- Experience using ORD software
- Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
- Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
- These positions are expected to be hybrid (remote/in‑office) and based out of a local AECOM office.
