How you’ll make an impact- Lead development and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and improvement
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality across the product lifecycle
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address risks
- Support new product introduction with strong quality planning
- Lead training initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and capability
- Investigate customer concerns and deliver timely, effective resolutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 (IATF experience a plus)
- Expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Experience with SPC, FMEA, and control plans
- Certification in CQE or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
