Civil Engineer - Land Development

As an Entry Level Civil Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Knoxville, TN, you will work with project teams to create land development plans for private, public, and energy sector clients. You will design site layouts, grading plans and storm‑water management facilities, prepare water‑quality best management practices, and coordinate utilities. You will collaborate with clients, contractors and local government officials throughout the regulatory review, bidding, construction, and project completion phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• E.I.T. or F.E. certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with commercial real estate site design is a plus.
