A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT), an employee‑owned ENR 500 A/E firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. The firm specializes in civil engineering, construction management and inspection, traffic and transportation design, water and wastewater systems, environmental and water resources, and landscape architecture.

We are expanding our CEI operations in Tennessee and seeking a Construction Services Manager to grow our client base and support field staff.

• Grow client base in Tennessee.
• Support field staff.
• Engage in regular client/potential client interaction.
• Prepare proposals and oral presentations.
• Contribute to strategic planning.
• Participate in firm leadership activities and responsibilities.

• Previous experience in CEI management with TDOT and other Tennessee local government agencies.
• Experience with construction project management at the field and management levels.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Tennessee, or eligibility for TN PE licensure through reciprocity and ability to test for TN licensure.
• BSCE degree from an accredited higher‑education institution preferred.
• Geographic area of responsibility:
  Tennessee.
