Type One Energy Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Senior Magnet Engineer to design, test and build HTS magnets for our stellarator program. You will work with a team of engineers to advance magnet technology, from winding to integration, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with HTS/LTS magnets, cryogenics, and magnet testing, plus proficiency in COMSOL/ANSYS.
