Manufacturing Engineer Co-op

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to join our team as an Engineering Co-op in Knoxville, TN from January to August 2027.Greenheck Group is a dynamic, multi-branded international commercial HVAC manufacturer . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op you will support daily production by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshooting machines, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to layout design and process development to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc.)On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less Interest in hands-on learning

Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Experience working with basic hand tools

Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus) to expand your technical toolkit and design capabilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour, based on position and academic  addition to competitive pay, co-ops and interns receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support, which may include company-provided housing, a housing allowance, or a sign-on bonus, depending on location, assignment, and length of term.
