Position: Project Manager - Water / Wastewater (PE required)
Job Description Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a professional staffing firm, and we are recruiting for an experienced, Water / Wastewater Project Engineer based in Knoxville, TN.  This is a Direct Hire placement with a leading engineering firm that supports clients across the Southeast.
   
   Target Annual Base Salary:  $130,000 - $150,000/year + full benefits package

Location:

Knoxville, TN
   Work Status:  Hybrid Work Schedule after 90 days (3 days in office)
   Relocation Assistance:  Available for highly qualified candidates

Position Summary:

You will be joining a firm with a strong water/wastewater backlog with the opportunity to work with existing staff as well as develop your own team.  Projects will include treatment facility planning and design, raw water intakes, water distribution lines, booster pump station design, regional water planning, water system mapping and management plans, lift station design, sanitary sewer system planning and design, asset management planning, and a variety of permitting.
   
   Responsibilities:
   This Project Manager role will assist in the firm’s water / wastewater efforts in the region.
   Build relationships with municipal clients and help them move projects forward.
   Lead by example, be professionally respected, and be an excellent communicator.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required. (Master’s Degree preferred.)
   Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
   5+ years of experience in municipal water / wastewater principles and plant design is required.

Proficient in client relationship management and project delivery.
   Ability to perform occasional field work on active construction sites and undeveloped properties.
