Ameresco has a new opportunity for a
** Project Controls Scheduler
** to join Ameresco’s Federal Solutions Team supporting Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) projects throughout the United States. This position is based in Knoxville, TN.
** Responsibilities:
*** Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
* Resource and cost loads schedules when required.
* Provide weekly/monthly schedule updates for all projects.
* Report status of schedule to project staff and company management.
* Provide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes.
* Prepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule.
* Assist with internal cost reporting and forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
* Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
* Perform other duties as required.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling and cost controls.
* Ability to review confidential US security information.
*
* Additional Qualifications:
*** Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling for general construction projects and understands construction sequencing and logic preferred.
* Government construction experience preferred.
* Renewable Energy construction scheduling experience preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments
* Excellent organization skills including ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
* Valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
* May require flexibility for ‘on call’ support or varied schedule needs.
