This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Knoxville, TN. The Mortgage Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process by evaluating financial documents, assisting in loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all lending policies and regulations. They will maintain relationships with clients, provide outstanding customer service, and work closely with underwriting teams to secure favorable loan agreements for borrowers.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends and maintaining knowledge of mortgage products and services offered by First Bank Mortgage.

• Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and guidelines
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to successfully communicate with clients and meet their needs
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency with relevant software systems and tools used in lending processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• State mortgage loan originator license or willingness to obtain one
• Prior experience in financial services or banking is preferred
