The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appraisal Coordinator to join our Operations team. As an Appraisal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the appraisal process, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring that timelines are met efficiently. This salaried, full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your organizational and communication skills will help drive success.

What

You’ll Do
  • Coordinate the end-to-end appraisal process, ensuring timely and efficient workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, appraisers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each appraisal request.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines to meet client expectations and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and resolve appraisal-related issues or delays with a solutions-driven approach.
  • Communicate updates proactively to all relevant parties throughout the appraisal process.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and organizational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role, preferably within the real estate, finance, or appraisal industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with appraisal-related software or systems is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of appraisal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
