• Provide friendly, helpful support to members in person and over the phone
• Build strong relationships and deliver an excellent member experience
• Recommend financial products and services that improve members' lives
• Handle a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and card services
• Assist with account updates and member problem resolution
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous learning opportunities
• Support branch operations, including balancing cash, scanning documents, and general upkeep

• A positive, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
• Interest in the financial services industry
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfort with basic technology and computer systems

• High school diploma or GED (current college students welcome!)
• 6 months–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, financial services, or a related field - or equivalent experience

Should there be any discrepancies or disputes regarding the information obtained during the background check, or should you otherwise wish to discuss the report's contents with us, you will have an opportunity to discuss and/or dispute the content with us before a final employment decision is made.

All information received during the background check process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, in accordance with the law. It will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your potential employment at UT Federal Credit Union.
