Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and ensuring attentive, friendly service.;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing and maintenance while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs).;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.;
Manage branch operations tasks, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
