Summary Of Position

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth quantitative analyses on budgets, expenses, and financial performance to inform business planning and operational execution. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, the analyst collects and interprets data to assess progress against financial goals, develops financial models, and delivers actionable recommendations.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the development of strategies that contribute to the organization’s financial objectives
  • Assists in reviewing financial performance against budgeted and forecasted targets, and contributes to models that evaluate the financial impact of business decisions
  • Helps track and interpret key performance indicators to monitor the financial health of the organization or assigned departments
  • Supports the implementation and ongoing maintenance of FP&A tools and systems
  • Contributes to the annual budgeting process through data collection, financial modeling, and coordination with key stakeholders
  • Prepares & validates internal financial reports, including consolidated & business unit-level reporting
  • Identifies opportunities to improve financial projections, forecasting accuracy, and planning processes
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights to support decision-making
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or business analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field required
  • Foundational understanding of financial and operational principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL and/or R is a plus
