Role: The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand and meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Drive growth by promoting and selling bank products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit.
- Provide personalized financial advice, identify referral opportunities, and conduct proactive client outreach.
- Support client experience by delivering excellent service, managing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.
- Assist with operational tasks, training new associates, and maintaining audit controls.
High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Certifications:None required; compliance with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act is necessary.
This role involves complex tasks focused on client engagement, sales, and operational efficiency.
