Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

National Performance Center FANS - 1845 Midpark Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921.

Schedule:

Full time;
Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Rotating weekends, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Fixed Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior call center, leadership, Microsoft Office, and customer service experience is preferred.
