PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER | Lead with purpose. Serve with impact. Just Outside Knoxville, TN

Reports To: SR. DFNS | Pay Grade: 12 | Salary: 60,000 - 70,000

• Lead and develop frontline dining associates
• Oversee daily tray line and patient meal service operations
• Drive patient satisfaction and service standards
• Coach supervisors and hourly team members
• Manage labor, productivity, and performance metrics
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with nursing and hospital leadership

• 2+ years of leadership in food service, hospitality, or healthcare
• Experience managing hourly teams
• Strong coaching and employee relations skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a structured environment
