Travel RN - Case Management​/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is hiring a Case Manager RN with 5 years of hospital case management experience and Cerner expertise.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital case management unit,

• Caseload is typically 1:25 to 1:28 patients,

• Day shift schedule (5x8 hours), 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM,

• No weekends or on-call required,

• Floating may be required within scope to meet facility needs,

Job Requirements

• Active TN or compact state RN license required at time of consideration,

• Minimum of 5 years hospital case management experience required,

• Experience with Cerner/Power Chart required,

• Familiarity with Wellsky (formerly navi Health), PASRR entry (ASCEND), and PAE is required,

• Pending licenses not accepted,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient case management and discharge planning within hospital setting,

• First-time travelers may be considered,

• Referencing and release of time off will be discussed during interview,

• Locals considered on a case-by-case basis,
