Travel RN - Case Management​/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute care hospital position requiring a minimum of 5 years of hospital case management experience and Cerner proficiency.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital setting in a Case Management unit,

• Patient caseload ratio of 1:25-1:28,

• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00-16:00),

• No weekend requirements,

• No on-call requirements,

• Floating within scope of practice required to meet facility needs,

• Block scheduling is not available,

• Uses Cerner/Power Chart EMR (experience required), as well as Wellsky (formerly navi Health), PASRR entry via ASCEND, and PAE,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license - TN or Compact license required and must be in hand (no pending licenses accepted),

• Minimum of 5 years of hospital case management experience required,

• Acute care case management experience required,

• Cerner/Power Chart experience required,

• Experience with Wellsky (formerly navi Health), PASRR entry (ASCEND), and PAE knowledge required,

• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration,
