Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hospital case management experience
Must have Acute Care Case Management experience
Experience in a similar type of organization preferred
Cerner experience is required (Power Chart)
Experience with Well Sky (formerly Navi Health)
PASRR entry (ASCEND) experience required
PAE knowledge required
Travel Experience Required
