We're hiring a Medication Aide to safely administer medication and support residents with daily needs.
Schedule:
Full Time (7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain medication cart and inventory
- Communicate effectively with care staff and families
- TN Certified Medication Aide
- Experience in memory care or senior living preferred
- Compassion, patience, and strong attention to detail
