Job Description

Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist with the daily functions of the Talent Acquisition/HR department including administrative tasks, data entry and scheduling, candidate communication support, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate outreach (sourcing), and conducting interviews for diverse positions.

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
  • Responsible for candidate sourcing and applicant screening as well as building a talent funnel and candidate engagement for open positions with our client companies.
  • Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
  • Crafts and sends recruiting emails.
  • Crafting offer letters.
  • Recruits and screens candidates for current and future positions.
  • Develops, tests, and tracks recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent.
  • Engages and activates passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs.
  • Communicates frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the needs of the hiring authorities/clients.
  • Perform research and sourcing duties as it pertains to assigned searches and/or new business development.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience recruiting for diverse roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience providing candidate sourcing support in multi-location, multi-state organizations required.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail, organizing and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews.
  • Experience using ATS
  • Paycom familiarity is a huge plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to elevate them to Sr. teammates when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education Requirements
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
