I am working with a terrific client in the Knoxville Metro area who is looking for an HR Generalist who loves being hands‑on and supporting employees through every stage of their journey. This role is a mix of talent acquisition, employee support, HR operations, and compliance—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being a trusted resource on site.
What You’ll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Support employee relations, performance processes, and engagement
- Handle benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS updates
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Partner with managers to support day‑to‑day HR needs
- 3–5 years HR experience, including recruiting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Manufacturing/distribution experience is a plus
